Tim Kelley
Tim has worked with senior leaders and executive teams of top global companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hewlett-Packard, ING, Oracle, and Ben & Jerry’s. He has coached business leaders, military officers, religious figures, as well as members of parliament, government ministers, and three presidential candidates. His expertise spans leadership transformation, organizational purpose, and the psychology of public crisis recovery.
Through his Get Back in the Game® process, Tim guides canceled leaders through trauma recovery, purpose redefinition, and narrative transformation, turning apparent career-ending crises into foundations for renewed influence.
Tim is a former Navy commanding officer, leading an ammunition handling detachment, a submarine repair unit, and an amphibious assault craft unit. Tim holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from MIT.
Tim is the author of True Purpose and co-author of three other bestselling books. His methodologies and perspectives have been featured in magazines, newspapers, and television internationally. He has trained over 1,000 consultants, therapists, and coaches in his methods and has extensive public speaking experience, delivering keynotes at major business conferences worldwide.
